You’ve probably heard the saying “no news is good news.”

One case where that’s not true? When consumers are looking for reviews of your service online.

When potential clients want to find out whether you’re the real estate professional for them, they look for credible, authentic reviews from real clients who have worked with you in the past. Over 87% of online home buyers said that they’d search for an agent online before deciding to work with them – even if a friend or family member recommended that agent.

Even if you’re a 5-star agent, your potential clients might not know it yet – and you might even be losing business to a 4-star agent with reviews.

Ready to start racking up ratings and reviews? Just search for a Contact in Zap and use the “Ask for Review” option under “More” at the top of their Contact Profile
