In the Digital Marketing Center, you can create beautiful digital marketing pieces for email or web distribution, for listings or for your buyers. This class will cover the basics of how to use the Digital Marketing Center.

 

Exploring the BHGRE Print Marketing Center w/Matt Irwin

Date: Thursday, November 30 Time: 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. EDT

This class expands on the knowledge you gained in Digital Marketing Center Class 1. In this session we will explore the campaigns within the Digital Marketing Center.

 

BHGRE is offering a four-part series to guide users through the new Greenhouse. All classes are in the current Greenhouse calendar, ready for registration. We’ve kept them brief – 45 minutes or less so you can get the knowledge you need and get on with your day. Here are the classes we are offering through November and December. Have questions? Introduction to the New BHGRE Greenhouse

Dates: Classes between Monday, November 6 and Friday, November 17

Times: Classes will meet either at 11 a.m., 2 p.m., or 6 p.m. Eastern Time. Check the Greenhouse calendar for details.

The BHGRE Greenhouse has a fresh, new look and is designed for the needs of today’s agent.

Come get an overview of all the new features! We’ll take a look at:

  • • The new navigation
  • • New ways to favorite
  • • Sharing pages with colleagues
  • • Using the new greenhouse offline pages as a recruiting tool
  • Xpressdocs, offers the tools you need to support BHGRE’s brand image, including personal marketing and buyer and seller materials. Join Matt Irwin from Xpressdocs in this monthly call-in class designed to help you optimize the BHGRE print marketing center.

Navigating the New BHGRE Greenhouse

Dates: Classes between Monday, November 20 and Wednesday, November 29

Times: Classes will meet either at 11 a.m., 2 p.m., or 6 p.m. Eastern Time. Check the Greenhouse calendar for details.

Getting around the Greenhouse is easier than ever! Learn not only how to navigate, but how the Greenhouse can be customized to your preferences! In this class you’ll learn:

  • • Navigation via the side pane
  • • Adding favorites to your main page navigation screen
  • • Selecting tags to customize your main Greenhouse page feed
  • • Searching via tags and the Search bar
  • • Discovering the Tools and Resources page
  • • Sharing pages
  • • Utilizing the Notifications area

 

 

The New BHGRE Greenhouse Mobile Device Class

Dates: Classes between Monday, December 4 and Wednesday, December 6

Times: Classes will meet either at 11 a.m., 2 p.m., or 6 p.m. Eastern Time. Check the Greenhouse calendar for details.

Come see what works best in the Greenhouse with your mobile device. We’ll give tips for navigation, viewing, and working through the Greenhouse tools using a tablet’s web browser.

You’ll learn:

  • Navigation via touch
  • Distinguish between mobile friendly Greenhouse applications and ones still to be improved
  • Downloading via mobile device
  • Understanding mobile restrictions

Get Zapped! Using Follow-Up Plans

Date: Tuesday, November 14 Time: 3:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. EDT

Zap Follow-up Plans are customizable to include a variety of touch points including drip email, phone prompts, and personalized email scripts. Participants in this course will be shown how to use Zap Follow-up Plans to organize their prospecting efforts in order to save time.

 

Get Zapped! Setting up Listing Alerts-Zap vs. MLS

Date: Tuesday, November 28 Time: 3:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. EDT

You have a beautiful, user-friendly new website which allows you to easily send new listing alerts to your leads. Participants in this class will see how to sign in as a contact to save searches and set up new listing alerts.
