The BHGRE Greenhouse Question & Answer Session  Date: Tuesday, May 9 Time: 2:00p.m.- 3:00p.m. EDT

After learning about or using the Greenhouse and all the programs in the Greenhouse, you might have some questions. This monthly call-in class is designed to give you a forum to have those questions answered and share best practices with your fellow real estate agents. There’s no specific content for this class except for the questions you bring to it!

 

Ninja Selling Session 2 w/Terri Johnson Date: Friday, May 12 Time: 1:00p.m.- 2:00p.m. EDT

Ninja Selling, with Terri Johnson, is a system based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer and helping them achieve their goals. It is less about selling and more about helping people solve their pain and pleasure. Please note: This is the second of a five session class. Each Ninja Selling session requires a separate registration.

Get Zapped on the Greenhouse!

Get Zapped is a monthly training series designed to offer business-building training for agents utilizing Zap. Agents may choose to register for one session or the entire series.

Property & Local Insights Date: Tuesday, May 16 Time: 3:00p.m.- 4:00p.m. EDT

Agent Insights are powerful marketing tools that allow you to post comments on homes you have shown (Property Insights) and post comments on your city and neighborhood (Local Insights). Your comments are added to your agent website and show off your local knowledge and give your website’s SEO a boost! Participants in this course will learn why these tools are so powerful and how to apply it to your daily business. Log into your Zap CRM, both desktop and mobile to do the hands-on exercises!

 

Your Consumer Website & Mobile App Date: Tuesday, May 23 Time: 3:00p.m.- 4:00p.m. EDT

How well do you use the powerful features of your Zap agent website to engage and connect with consumers? Participants in this course will see how to use the most compelling features of their website and mobile app.

What Millennials Want

You don’t have to understand the millennial generation but you may want to know what is important to them. This will be one of the largest segments of home buyers and we are finally seeing the effects. The Zillow Report from October 2016 surveyed over 13,000 buyers and sellers. Click here to see what they say about millennials. Below is an excerpt from the report that I find very interesting.

“Millennials also contact more agents—at least two when buying, at least three when selling—than any other generation. Millennials look online for authentic information about experiences from peers, as evidenced by more than six in 10 reading agent reviews before choosing an agent.”
