It takes some strategy, but it’s a great way to get new business. Participants in this class will learn more about the importance of SEO and how to add more to their website.

Zap Follow-up Plans are customizable to include a variety of touch points including drip email, phone prompts, and personalized email scripts. Participants in this course will be shown how to use Zap Follow-up Plans to organize their prospecting efforts in order to save time. We’ll also review the ZapScoreTM and Contact Profile to show how to use the valuable insight to personalize follow-up phone calls and emails.

 

Setting up Listing Alerts-Zap vs. MLS

You have a beautiful, user-friendly new website which allows you to easily send new listing alerts to your leads. Participants in this class will see how to sign in as a contact to save searches and set up new listing alerts. You will also hear the advantages of using Zap versus your local MLS for this service to your customers.
