UPDATE: Real Satisfied

Surveys – Since we started the Real Satisfied Survey program at the beginning of July, we have sent out 210 e-surveys and gotten 72 responses (34.3% response rate).  From these surveys, we’ve gotten some great testimonials about our sales professionals.  Here are some examples:

Buying or selling a house is never easy and some say it can be the most stressful things you do in your life.  Packing up your life, taking it to some other place and trying to find places for all of your stuff is stressful but thanks to Bob Detray, the looking for the house, and going through the paperwork and decisions you have to make as you buy and/or sell a house was easy and not very stressful at all.

Online CE will continue

KCRAR is proud to offer KCRAR Members a 2014 Member Benefit: Online Continuing Education classes at NO COST to Members for a limited time.

July 1, 2014 – Note: Due to popular demand, additional KCRAR funds have been made available for more KCRAR members to take more online CE classes at no cost to members!

With the additional funding KCRAR will provide a total of up to 6,075 single 3-hour online class enrollments at NO COST to KCRAR members from January 2014 through December 2014, or until 6,075 online classes are taken.

The online classes are offered by KCRAR in conjunction with CECheap (a product of Career Education Systems) and are normally priced at $20 to $24 per class. This is a different school from KCRAR’s and all questions should be directed to CECheap.

All of the online CE classes offered in this benefit count for both Missouri and Kansas CE credit and include core classes a well as a variety of elective classes.

At the CECheap website, you can print certificates upon completion, and automatic notification of course completion will be sent to the Kansas and/or Missouri Real Estate Commission. To view how many credit hours you have earned in the current license renewal cycle from all CE Schools combined, log into the state regulator websites; click here for Kansas, click here for Missouri.

Several points to know about these no-cost, online classes:

  • KCRAR pays for each online class when completed and a certificate is generated.
  • Once the 6,075 classes are taken no additional funding will be available, therefore if you start a class but do not finish the    class before the funding expires, you won’t be able to complete the class at no charge.
  • Please sign up for one class at a time.  Once a class is completed you may sign up for an additional class.
