Rock the Block 2019

Once again, Rock the Block is coming for 2019 and BHG has registered for a home.  Habitat for Humanity has not issued the addresses, yet, but I believe this years’ homes will be in Wyandotte County.
The event will be Wednesday September 18 – all day.This year Cindy Cunningham, in the BV Office, has agreed to be Captain. There can only be 20 volunteers per house and the number of agents possible from your office is based on a percentage basis listed below:

  • Source Reporting/ROI: ListTrac allows real estate agents and brokers to measure user engagement data related to their listing content. With ListTrac, agents can clearly understand which sources are generating the most listing views and user engagements, including favoriting, saving, and sharing of listings, as well as lead submissions. In turn, these metrics allow brokers and agents to better assess and determine an effective syndication and advertising plan for their listing content.
  • Admin Access/Aggregate Data: With ListTrac, agents are not only able to understand how their individual listings are performing, but assess aggregated listing metrics. This is particularly powerful at a brokerage level, whereby administrative users are granted a full view of all active listings within the company.
  • Exported Reports/Proof of Value: Agents can easily export or schedule emailed reports to be shared with their sellers, thus demonstrating the agent’s ability to showcase listings and drive engagement. All reports are fully branded and can be further customized by agents to limit/expand timeframes, showcase performance of similar listings, and include additional copy.
  • Local Source Reporting/Local Knowledge Demonstration: In addition to the BHGRE brand website as well as major national property search websites already featured in ListTrac reports, agents and brokers can easily add their own independent sites or request any other property search website to their ListTrac reports. By implementing a standard javascript pixel, any website can report listing views and engagement metrics back to ListTrac. This allows the suite of integrated websites to continue to grow across our network while allowing agents to demonstrate the value of their own local and/or self-operated property search portals
