Fran Cashion Announces Retirement from Relocation Department

It is with bittersweet emotion that we announce Fran Cashion is retiring from her Relocation Director position effective September 28, 2018. Fran has been a member of our real estate family for 20 years. Quickly after being first hired as a recruiter, Fran transitioned into Relocation Director and never looked back. During her time in that position, she has led her relocation team to numerous national awards. We are pleased to announce that Erica Butler, currently the Relocation Coordinator and Corporate Inventory Manager, will succeed Fran as the Director of Relocation.
While Fran is saying goodbye to the Relocation Department, she will still be a presence at our company and in the office. She is committed to continue teaching CE classes, as well as assisting in other teaching endeavors, such as the Buffini Peak Producers program.
“I am going to miss this great group of people” Fran shared, “and I am happy that I will still see everyone when I teach.”
Thank you, Fran for all you have done and will continue to do for our company and the real estate industry. You are definitely one of the reasons we continue to #BeBetter.

New Printers

Everyone needs to bring their devices in on Friday between 9AM-11AM so tech can install the new printer drivers. . Please let Kristi know if you plan on being out of town.

This Friday from 9AM-Noon the tech department will be installing the new copier/mfps for each office. You will need to bring in your laptops during this install time so we can install the new color printers. Technology will be on hand to do the installs and to install the printers on company and agent machines. If you are unable to make it Friday morning feel free to drop your laptop/tablet off at the office on Thursday or make arrangements with the help desk to have a remote session so that the printers can be installed.

Note: You must have already enrolled in Virtual GROW to continue in this class. No late registrations are allowed.
GROW is a four-week productivity course which boasts a strong focus on lead generation and learning by “doing.” Participants use the daily productivity tracker to refine habits, track progress and overcome set-backs while benefiting from coaching and training designed to cure skill gaps. The productivity tracker is used to stay on track to secure listing contracts and buyer rep agreements. Office/Manager involvement is vital for the student’s success. Class prep and attendance is approximately 10 hours per week for four weeks.
