Vision Group Visit Sept. 16th

Pride Parade

Agent X- Now in Greenhouse

We’re excited to share that later this morning Realogy will be announcing the launch of Agent X, the voice assistant exclusive to Realogy. Introduced during the RGX conference in March as a pilot program, Agent X is now officially available to all affiliated agents of Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate.  So, what is Agent X and how will it help you be more efficient and productive? Agent X is based on the Amazon Alexa platform as an Alexa Skill. It provides access to productivity tools and market intelligence without stopping to look and while on the go. Being able to “Ask Agent X” means not having to dig for what you need, be it listing status, property details, appointments, etc. With Agent X, agents can easily access information they need, when and where they need it. Including, but not limited to:

  • An Agent’s Daily Digest: Agents can use the voice app to get a personalized briefing of listing activity and appointments, their performance scorecard and even the top real estate news headlines.
  • An Agent’s Listings: Agents have the ability to access their listings by specific status (new, active, pending, expiring) and receive property details by address or MLS.
  • An Agent’s Calendar: Voice gives agents the ability to get meeting details or lookup their schedule within any specific timeframe.

Dotloop Easy Offer

MLS is planning to add the Easy Offer link sometime later this month. Joanna been teaching Easy Offer in Dotloop classes for years, but since it was a tedious process to put the link in agent remarks—MANY agents have skipped using it. Below you’ll see links to videos with the time noted where the Easy Offer instructions start.

FAQ’s:Will they see my private seller docs? They will only see what’s in the folder you designate to be shared. Put private docs in a separate folder NOT A SEPARATE LOOP.

Will they be able to see my client’s email address? No. It will not be visible to the co-op agent—only visible to you.

Does each agent making an offer need their own separate link?No. Dotloop creates a new folder as the co-op agent starts creating their offer. All supplements will be preserved (untouched) in the Easy Offer folder/link.

What if I have 3 offers and only want to see the one we’re accepting?Use the 3 dots (etc/more) to the right of the folder and archive the folders you don’t want to see.

Veterans Community Project

  • We are finalizing our numbers on the $50,000 goal – we technically have met our goal I am just waiting on confirmation from accounting and VCP. Once I have that I will send out communication to all offices.
  • We are planning small tour groups to visit VCP. I will share the dates and times once I receive from VCP.
  • We decided to continue with VCP for the remainder of 2019. 
  • I have reached out to VCP to see what their most urgent needs are at this time. Once I hear back we will regroup as a committee and determine what the next steps are
